A hundred sabal palms embrace this Bahamian Beach Club inspired oceanfront residence.  The 10,000 sf home creates multiple exterior spaces each with their own personality.  The Florida cap rock driveway meanders to the front pedestrian collector leading visitors through a low Bahamian picket fence into the front garden loaded with sabal palms, sugar palms and mule palms and a petit fountain.  The friendly side-entry brings visitors along a keystone path then across a coral clad sport court leading toward the pool, fitness room and game room.  The formal pool leads the eye to the vast horizon of the Atlantic Ocean, complete with a cabana, fire bowl and alfresco dining area.  The formal ocean lawn, made of synthetic turf, hosts early morning yoga sessions as the Florida sunshine rises to meet the day and nourish the hundred palms thoughtfully appointing the property.
